Can anyone create a Polymarket market?
No. On Polymarket's international platform and on Polymarket US, markets are listed by Polymarket. Each listing sets the question, the outcomes, the end date, the rules (what counts as Yes) and the resolution source. Polymarket then seeds or attracts liquidity, and the price is set by trading, not by the creator.
