If a Polymarket deposit is not showing, first check the transaction on the sending chain's explorer: most "missing" deposits are still confirming, below the minimum, or sent as a token or network the deposit address does not support. Funds sent on the wrong network are often recoverable but not always, and only through Polymarket support or the wallet that holds the keys; never through someone who contacts you offering help. Nimb shows each deposit's bridge status in its wallet sheet but cannot move or recover funds.
Why is my Polymarket deposit not showing?
| Cause | How to tell | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Still confirming | Explorer shows pending, or confirmed minutes ago | Wait; cross-chain deposits take longer than Polygon ones |
| Below the minimum | Amount under the asset's minimum ($2 on most L2 chains, $7 on Ethereum, $9 on Bitcoin and Tron, per Polymarket's docs) | Contact Polymarket support with the transaction hash |
| Unsupported token | Token not in Polymarket's supported-assets list | Contact support; recovery is not guaranteed |
| Wrong network | Sent on a chain the address was not created for | See below |
| Sent to the wrong address | Destination is not your Polymarket deposit address | Only the owner of that address can return it |
| Arrived, not converted | USDC sits in the wallet but the trading balance is 0 | Refresh; check approvals; contact support |
Minimums and supported chains come from Polymarket's bridge documentation (supported assets, deposit), checked on 8 November 2026. They change: check before you send.
I sent USDC on the wrong network. Can I get it back?
- Same address format (EVM to EVM). If you sent to an EVM address on a different EVM chain (for example Ethereum instead of Polygon), the funds usually sit at the same address on that other chain. Whoever controls that address's keys can move them. If it is your own wallet, switch the network in your wallet and you will see them. If it is a bridge or deposit address, only Polymarket's bridge provider can act: contact Polymarket support with the transaction hash.
- Exchange withdrawals. If you withdrew from an exchange on the wrong network, the exchange can sometimes help; ask them first.
- Different formats (EVM to Solana or Bitcoin). Usually not recoverable without the bridge's help.
Polymarket's docs warn that each deposit address is unique to your wallet and to the chain it was generated for. Send a small test amount first when you use a new route.
How do I avoid it next time?
- Use the deposit flow in Polymarket or Nimb and copy the address for the network you are sending on.
- Check the token: USDC (native) or USDC.e on Polygon both work and are wrapped into pUSD; other tokens only through the bridge.
- Send a small test first, wait until it shows, then send the rest.
- Keep the transaction hash.

Beware of "recovery" offers
People who reply to your post offering to recover funds are almost always scammers. Polymarket support will not DM you first or ask for your recovery phrase. Scams to avoid.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a Polymarket deposit take?
From Polygon, usually under a few minutes; from other chains, longer, depending on confirmations and the bridge.
What is the minimum deposit on Polymarket?
It depends on the chain: Polymarket's docs list about $2 on most L2 chains, $7 on Ethereum and $9 on Bitcoin and Tron.
Why is my balance zero after depositing?
The deposit may not be confirmed or converted yet. Refresh, check the bridge status, then contact support with the hash.
How do I contact Polymarket support?
Through the help centre on Polymarket's own website. Nimb can help with Nimb's interface at louis@rightclcksaveas.com but cannot access Polymarket accounts.
